Surrogacy Requirements in Ukraine

In Ukraine, gestational surrogacy is perfectly legal, as long as certain requirements are observed.

According to Ukrainian regulations , intended parents are required to be married heterosexual couples and to have proof of their infertility diagnosis, this means a certificate signed and sealed by a doctor and medical report justifying their decision to proceed with a surrogacy.

There needs to be a genetic link to at least one of the intended parents.

All documents, certificates and reports must be submitted to the surrogacy agency to start this wonderful journey.
