Keep In Touch On The Go

Updated: Oct 11, 2023

During these layovers, we have the option to stay connected at all times with our loved ones, our duties, and, most importantly, with updates from the surrogacy center, regardless of whether we have a WiFi connection or not.

That's why Nico and Gaby, a family who travelled to Ukraine in 2023 as part of their surrogacy journey, share the app they used to purchase mobile data, allowing them to stay connected throughout their round-trip journey to Ukraine during the last leg of their surrogacy process.

This app enabled them to communicate, browse the internet, use GPS and maps for navigation, and even listen to their favorite playlists on Spotify during their train journey to Kyiv.

The app is called 'eSim Card' and can be downloaded from Playstore and App Store. Users can then load the virtual wallet of the application with the desired data package, which activates when they need a connection.

Once in Ukraine and Georgia, the surrogacy center provides families with a local SIM card and a cellphone, ensuring that they can stay in touch with their coordinator at all times for any needs and access the internet when they are outside their accommodation.

Thanks, Nico, for this tutorial for families embarking on their journey these days...
